The Kenyan Chapter operates through a network of cells organized under main hub clusters. Kenya's 47 counties are subdivided into 300 operational regions, each functioning as a development cell responsible for implementing the organization's programs at the grassroots level.
Each cell is led by a dedicated Cell Leader who coordinates with the Regional Hub Coordinator to ensure effective program delivery, resource allocation, and community engagement within their designated area.
Every cell functions as an autonomous unit with its own leadership team, financial management system, and project implementation framework. This decentralized approach ensures that development priorities are determined by the communities themselves.
Multiple cells are organized into hub clusters, each overseen by a Hub Cluster Coordinator. This creates an efficient chain of command from the grassroots level up to the national and international leadership.
