Kenya is subdivided into major regional hubs that oversee the operations of multiple counties. Each regional hub is led by a Regional Coordinator who reports directly to the Secretary General.
Each regional hub office is staffed with dedicated personnel responsible for project implementation, community engagement, financial management, and reporting to the central administration office.
The cooperative SACCO structure is designed to pool resources from members to fund housing and building projects across the regional hubs, providing affordable housing solutions to members and their communities.
